2/14/2001: A1-C: Dairy cattle bask Tuesday on the lush winter hillsides of Sonoma County’s pasture land off of Burnside Road, east of Bloomfield, as Mount St. Helena shows off its accumulation of snowfall from the weekend’s winter storm. So much snow on the hills of Sonoma County is rare. The Santa Rosa area received 6 inches of snow in April 1963, but records are incomplete for other years. Snow also fell north of Santa Barbara on Tuesday. Story, A4. (teaser ran A1)
