I’ve made this recipe every week since I’ve discovered its deliciousness!
1/2 cup of puree pumpkinĀ
6 oz of coconut milk (I use canned organic coconut milk)
1 frozen banana
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
6-7 ice cubes
1 tbsp. maple syrup
Blend and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon – you’ll swear you’re drinking pumpkin pie. Enjoy!!
