I then looked into my heart and it was there.

Hello Gorgeous,

I hope this email finds you healthy, happy & fulfilled.

This weekend I had the opportunity to attend the I Can Do it Event here in Austin (a personal development event with a panel of various speakers).

As an avid reader, many of the Hay House authors grace my book shelf: Dr. Wayne Dyer, Kris Carr, Gabrielle Bernstein, Dr. Christine Northrup & Anita Moorjani just to name a few!

The first day began with a 3-hour keynote from Dr. Wayne Dyer, a self help & motivational speaker, and his presentation stood out as one of the talks I received the most value from.

He started the presentation with this analogy:

“Let’s say I’m holding an orange. I ask you, if I squeeze this orange, what will come out?”

Orange juice you say.

Well why? I ask.

And you say, because it’s an orange and orange juice is what’s inside of it.

Now let’s look at a person, say I squeeze you (and by squeeze I apply pressure, frustrate, push your buttons, etc.)

What comes out?

Anger, bitterness, cruel words.

Why? Because that is what’s inside you.

Wayne Dyers full presentation was on the idea of shifting from a place of fear to LOVE.

“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”

We’ve been raised to believe that we are ordinary while in trurth, we are all pieces of God. It’s what we came from and what we will return to.

Wayne’s presentation spoke to our ability to awaken our capacity to be extraordinary.

How do we do this?

Find and live your excitement!

This is THAT thing that when you’re doing it there’s no stopping you. For many people it is the EGO that gets in the way and prevents us from following this bliss.

The EGO (false-self ) is the idea that we are what we have, what we do, and what people think of us.

It’s quite the contrary, my friends – who we are is infinite, and we are divine.

When looking to connect with purpose and the higher self, the Mantra becomes: How may I serve? What can I do for you? What can I offer?

“ Even after all this time, the Sun never says to the Earth, you owe me.

Look what happens with a love like that, it lights up the whole sky.”

When we have a reason & motivation to change, grow and evolve, the how will get taken care of.

Fundamentally, what you must choose to do is move from ordinary to extraordinary and to do this you have to change your concept of yourself.

The key here is not to focus on HOW to get where you want to go, but to make the decision that you are interested in existing at an extraordinary level of consciousness and let go.

When excitement aligns you with who you are, your path will be provided for.

As I sit and listen to Wayne Dyer on stage in his strength and divine nature, I feel connected, peaceful and grateful.

I love and appreciate that reminder that all anything comes down to is love and connection; with ourselves, each other, food, our hopes and dreams.

This part of you that is God is not finite, it never stops. This part of us only wants one thing; it’s neither light or knowledge or happiness, it’s freedom.

The soul needs to be free to expand and explore the infinite. It is miserable when restricted. The minute you try to tell someone what to do or how to be, you negate them. They now must become that label. Your infinite soul wants to expand.

My soul knows that, I am that I am.

I am (the name of God) declares who you are to the world.  With this knowing, you become very aware of what words you use after the statement “I Am.”

I am bliss.  I am free.  I am healthy.  I am strong.  I am loved.  I am loving.  I am adventurous.  I am vibrant.  I am creating positive change in the world.

What are your “I Am” statements?

Love is all there is – pure, infinite and perfect.  This is how God (spirit, light, Universe, higher consciousness) loves us.

We are ALWAYS guided, loved and supported.

“I tried to find Him on the Christian cross, but He
was not there; I went to the Temple of the
Hindus and to the old pagodas, but I could not
find a trace of Him anywhere.  I searched on the mountains and in the valleys
but neither in the heights nor in the depths was I
able to find Him. I went to the Ka’bah in Mecca,
but He was not there either.  I questioned the scholars and philosophers but
He was beyond their understanding.
I then looked into my heart and it was there
where He dwelled that I saw Him; He was
nowhere else to be found.” – Rumi
I will be at the I Can Do It event in June 2014.  Will you join me in Austin?

To vibrant & beautiful living,
